I need some advice from the St. Pete/Tampa folks. I have a student who is doing her checkout dives in February and is looking for a recommendation on an LDS. Any feedback would be appreciated!

Hi - Several good stores in the area. Try, Lou (probably retired can't rememeber owner's name) at Tackle Shack in St. Pete, Scott at World of Water in Tampa or Brian at Mac's Scuba and Ski in Clearwater. All are great stores with experienced instructors however know that they don't do much diving in the gulf, they usually go up to the springs for check out dives.
