This seems to be based somewhere in Europe. Although that's where I come from I think it would be more useful for most members if it were somewhere in the continental US. How about Dallas?

Peter,
Are you wanting to set the SD clock for your specific time zone? If so, if you go to My Controls, and scroll down the Menu on the left side until you come to Options near the bottom, there's a heading entitled Board Settings. Once you click on it, the first option it allows you is to customize the clock settings.
While on the topic of the clock, I've noticed ever since I've been a member that my clock is out by 6 minutes. Anyone else have this problem?

It's the server, not you. I'm pretty sure it's off for everyone...While on the topic of the clock, I've noticed ever since I've been a member that my clock is out by 6 minutes. Anyone else have this problem?
Someone needs to introduce our server to 'Internet time'
For folks running XP, you can change your time server settings. If you're not part of a domain (usually only used in company intranet situations) then do this:
* Double–click the time on your task bar.
* Click the Internet Time tab.
* Select the time server you want to use and make sure to select the Automatically synchronize with an Internet time server check box.
It's annoying to configure, but you can use other servers like tick.usno.navy.mil and tock.usno.navy.mil with these instructions.
