I think this year Thanksgiving will have to be at their new place in Bellingham.
I look forward to the 2.5 hour drive to get there and then the 2.5 hour drive to get back home.
I wonder if I could sneak off and just dive again this year?
Last years Thanksgiving dive weekend was wonderful.

My oldest child is buying his first home. He and his wife should be moved in by the end of October.

I'm not sure how old your son is, gis_gal, but based on how young YOU are, that's quite the accomplishment in this day and (expensive) age! Congrats to your son and daughter-in-law!
BTW, I LOVE Bellingham! If you get a chance, be sure to check out the two antique malls in downtown Bellingham. (If you're into that sort of thing, of course. )

So close yet so far Colleen! You need to convince them that they need to spend Thanksgiving north of the border!
