Less than 72 hours :P
I was wondering if rides have been worked out, or if I need to find transportation from IAH

Kelp Diver - Remember the PM I sent to you with Phyllis phone #? She will be picking you up. It seems you have your PM disabled, because no one can send you any PM messages. Check you controls.

Wierd, the settings all appear to be correct. Got your and WW's PM.

Jim, Sandy gave me you phone # and I'm guessing you have my number, so just call when you're walking to baggage claim. Rosa will be arriving 15 minutes before you, so we'll be waiting for your call.

FYI.

I still have room for one in my vehicle if needed. I live within 15 mins from Houston Intercontinental Airport. I would welcome the company.

Just say the word.

Juli

:P Juli, We may need to use you for the return trip to the airport. Thank you.

Yes, Juli. If you are going to the HH at the airport after the trip, it would save me a tank of gas if Rosa, Kelp Diver and/or MNJoe could ride back North with you. I'll be at both HH's.

My guess is that Phyllis is going to stay for the HH for a while before she heads back home, so I suspect you will leave your luggage in her vehicle until after the HH, and then she will drive you over to the dock. The HH is at the resturant that is across the street from the dock, so that is where we will be hanging out until we go to the dock. There really isn't anything else to do in Freeport as far as sight seeing, but we will do some site seeing before heading down to Freeport since you get in earlier in the day.

Sandy, I got your pm's, phone and address. Your plan sounds good. I'll call after I have my crew (Rosa, Jim and Keith) around 1:30.
My cable is out at the house, so you can call my cell if there are any changes.
I drive for chocolate!

:P I wish I was going too. Someone hug Greg (THE COOK) for me. If you like his food, tell him so...if you do not like his food, DO NOT tell him.

For the ladies: If you bring 5 bathing suits, you'll have a dry one to change into after each dive. It's nice to have a dry bottom.

Have fun y'all,
Que :)

:lmao: The cook's name is Dean, and, ladies, you don't need 5 bathing suits!!! We love you Que, and will miss you terribly on this trip. :welcome:

LOL. Well, if I am anywhere near that fantastic chocolate shop in the E terminal at IAH when I arrive (sad that I know its location) , I promise I will bring you (us) some. Bubski did bring me some batteries, so if you have not already bought them, don't worry about it... if you have, I am sure we can always use extra. Going back, I will check both bags, so weight won't be an issue.

Looking forward to seeing you tomorrow.

Weather Update:

The seas are still showing 2-4 feet max all week so we are good to go!

It is calling for rain and the boat has decided since we have done the rooming assignments in advance to let us board early and get out of the rain. So when you arrive at the Boat for the 8pm briefing they may let us on if raining! :cheerleader:

See everyone today! :welcome:

Ok ok, I'm awake. Damn! I was going thru my wallet to make sure I had my drivers license, credit cards, C-cards, and - my DAN card was expired. Not my membership, as it's on auto-renewal, but old card. Printed current status out. Good thing my printer didn't fail me at a critical time. Maybe I need a pony printer.

Let the good times roll. Off to the airport...! Posted Image

Yeah I know: I've been branded a non-group person - doesn't play well with others. I am so upset. Posted Image Let me know if you want to have some fun, without the drama - I'm good for that.
