Currents and diver skills being appropiate.
Here is what I know of the site.
Toliva Shoal was constructed over 25 years ago as a
fish habitat. In April 2005, another 2,600 cubic
yards of quarry rock were added to the site which
improved the habitat for rockfish and other species.
This improvement was part of required mitigation for
construction of the new Tacoma Narrows Bridge. The
rock was added to three large areas along the 475 foot
wide and 700 foot long shoal. This site is located 5
miles south of the Tacoma Narrows Bridge and 1 mile
south of Fox Island.
Sounds interesting ~ Anyone else like the idea????

It's a new site (at least to me anyway)... would be neat to do it...
I noted that the Depth Chargers just posted a dive trip there... same description you have, guessing you're on their list too???

DG ~ I called Mark D. He might be able to join us on the dive and the HH afterwards.
Looks like Rick will have another full boat ~ He loves it when we do that to him.
