Note: It was requested that I separate the details of this trip from the fun of this trip in this thread is now 28 pages long! I've done that...thanks for understanding and keeping them separate so that new members can more readily join us! -ww 8-8-04

Although I just returned from FL, there's a good chance I'll be back there within the next 1-3 months for a memorial service. Although part of that trip will be strictly family, I may stay long enough to join a group dive there!

How did I miss this thread! I'm catching the Nekton Pilot out of FLL on 8/28 and was planning on coming down early to do some diving with a friend around WPB anyhow so whats a few more days, count me in.

Hi Everyone...

I am quite interested in a FL trip the end of August... Add me to that list please...
How do I find out more details? And... as mentioned in a previous post here... Is there a way to get more than 2 days of diving in for those of us that would have to be spending the money to fly on down? What are the options there?
Just let me know how to find out the details and I will definitely see what I can work out so that I can be there with all of you...

OK, Gang,

By request, I've started a new thread for the S Florida Regional even to make it easier for those who are interested to sign up. I've taken the liberty of pulling in all the posts I could find by the people who are already coming... if I missed you, I'm REALLY sorry! :banghead:

Details so far:

3 days of diving in the Ft Lauderdale area- boat & beach- Friday, Saturday, & Sunday
1 day of diving in the Keys- the Spiegel Grove & the Duane- Monday

Now that our super-negotiator, Kamala, is back from Bonaire, we will soon be posting the details on hotels & boat trips.

So, all you interested parties- come on down!!!

I will be done with my competition then and I have plenty of vacation time. Dates would be for us people flying in to FL: Aug 19-24, right?
