:lmao: Hibiscus is a common Tropical Flower, although the Hibiscus flowers used to make tea are a special variety of Hibiscus. In Mexico, Hibiscus tea is called "Jamaica" (pronounced HAmaica), and Egyptians call it Krakadey.

Hibiscus stabilizes Blood Pressure, and has been tested in Clinical Trials with good results. It is also high in Antioxidants, and contains natural Electrolyte properties, which help you stay hydrated. Hibiscus is refreshing, and has also got a high level of Vitamin C.
