if the flaged was being raised, did you fire the cannon?
OK, lets make a deal. If you stop telling me how to dive, I'll stop going down to the bus station at 2am to slap d***s out of your mouth.

I admit it I drink coffee and enjoy it. Usually have 3 cups a day then again I've gone without and didn't feel bad for not drinking it. I do have to stop by early afternoon or I will have problems sleeping though.

No coffee, no workee.  :D

This I can relate to! I only drink coffee during the first few hours of work each morning - one cup. Okay, it's one of those super-sized insulated cups. :wavey:

I don't drink coffee at any other time - not on the weekends, not on vacation, not even after dinner with dessert.

Coffee gets me ready to start working in the morning - I'm just grouchy and out-of-sorts without it. Of course, I think starting work at 6:30 a.m. every morning probably causes this grouchiness on its own, without any coffee deprivation.

Hi All,

I've been reading a book called "Caffeine Blues". I'm only halfway through the book but I've already made up my mind - I'm definately going to wean myself off coffee. The author has gathered a tremendous amount of evidence out there showing how bad coffee really is. Most of these studies have not been well published, or else we we have been lied to about the dangers. Read the book and you might change your mind about the stuff.

No doubt I will miss it at first, but I just don't think it's worth it. I'm not preaching to those that drink it, but I do encourate you to read the book and decide for yourself.

I don't think it should be banned or anything, but I've decided it's not for me anymore. So its "buh-bye, beans" for me! :wavey:

Take care
Laura
