Sunday, for Independence Day, I'll be diving with friends on a night dive with fireworks from the boat after out of Pompano. I don't know if there's room on the boat, but if there is, it would be great to have some Single Divers join us. We're diving with Parrot Island Scuba Adventures if anyone wants to come along.

Wouldn't you know I would love to see MB and Jo. Go diving, too. Oh well, can't go. Too far to drive.

I haven't talked to MB or Jo, but Matt & Ana set it up and Moo will be there as well. I'm not sure of anyone else.

yeah, we tried to do the same thing.

set up a night dive with sharks for the night of the 4th. would have been able to see the fireworks from at least 5 cities during the surface interval.

but some people, many who CLAIM to be dive-aholics, went to buy skirts at walmart instead, something about aggressive diving, not getting enough sleep, and sharks are scary. bunch of sissies
OK, lets make a deal. If you stop telling me how to dive, I'll stop going down to the bus station at 2am to slap d***s out of your mouth.

I think it had more to do with getting back at around 2:00am at the earliest and getting up again at 5:30am ;)

I dived with my dear friends, Matt, Ana, Moo, Sandy, Brian and Curtis. We dived the United Caribbean, then the Sea Emperor. I spent most of the second dive avoiding lights. Let's get together for a night dive sometime where lights are prohibited, they are murder on night vision.

After the second dive, I sat on the bow and watched the displays put on by Deerfield Beach, Pompano Beach, Ft Lauderdale and Boca Raton. They were all visible from our location.

wait, i think i hear someone crying.
and hows that skirt fittin ya Dale?

lol

Walter,
i hear ya about the lights, and agree.
did a night dive last thursday, before heading to Morehead City to join the SD crowd.
ended up diving solo. shut my light off and cruised around the wreck. truely incredible. best part was all the sharks on the wreck. truely at one with nature to glide about in the dark surrounded by sand tigers.
OK, lets make a deal. If you stop telling me how to dive, I'll stop going down to the bus station at 2am to slap d***s out of your mouth.
