Actually the wrecks the first 3 days were 82 at the surface and about 78-79 at the bottom. Only on the last day did it get chilly as we headed to the East Side which means there was more mingling of the Atlantic with the Gulf Stream. But of course...TF did not really notice the cold much on those LONG safety stops. I just want to know whose safey was being taken into consideration? Hers or her buddy??? LOL!!!!When's the next such trip? What's the water temps?
Weekend of August 13. They saw temps of 71° F under the thermocline. It could be slightly warmer by mid August. Sounds like my 3/2 suit. I'm getting excited!

Dale you are right! Every person is different....heck I was wearing 7mils in 78/79 water and still was not hot when we did our safety stops in 81/82 water! But then I'm used to Texas where everything is HOT!!I was just suggesting that you bring one along...you can wear what you want, it matters not to me
