Get better back on your fins soon! I have a friend who has had a hip replacement and he's so thrilled to be able to walk normally without pain again. You'll be glad you did it and got it over with.

Forget all these well wishers! You need to get well so we can see the Grenada video!

Well, I guess he's doing some really good drugs at the moment, or coming down from them. It is amazing how much medical science has improved even in recent years. His description from last night makes it sound like he should have done this years ago - and may hate himself for not doing so, but I'm the same on some things.

Remember the pain of dealing with surgery is nothing compared to seeing Moose's backside. You toughed your way through that in Grenada so I suspect you can handle anything...
