Did someone say Belize?
I'm interested in diving in November
The way the deal is working we will be subsidized by a new resort that is breaking ground. They will be housing us in other local hotels (we should all be together as a group) and we'll dive with one or more of the local dive operators. Some aspects of the resort are done I think and we are talking about a really cool tour of the stars homes by boat...seems Dicaprio, Harrison Ford, and many others all have supermega resort homes all along 'million dollar bay'. In any event...our favorite dive op DivePro in Belize is working with us to be our dive vendor. If we can get it all finalized we'll have the details posted early next week!

Wow, this sounds really cool. If STL is among the cities with airfare, I'd be very intersted! As my vacation days are winding down, a long weekend would work better for me than a week, but either way it sounds like a great deal.

A long weekend would be good if Denver is a airfare city as well.
And the other question is where does Felix go? It seems to be heading straight for Belize and gaining strength!

I might be able to do a long weekend if flights are out of Phila or NYC or Newark. Am I in luck?
What details can you reveal now? What dates are you looking at?
Regarding dates it will be before Turkey day...but can also be a holiday option on the Belize offering.
Looks like one or two possibiities...a possible trip to the Oriskini and Belize. Both great last minute ops!
Belize is a chance to dive some of the best landbased diving in Belize and learn about a graet new resort that wants to cater to divers, fishermen and all water loving people. I hope to have the preliminary details worked out today but we are looking at possibly 4 nites, 2 days diving including air from a number of major US cities for as little as $800...the air alone is $450! And we are trying to extend it out for a week as well!
So would you like a long weekend deal...4 nights 3 days or a week?
On the Oriskini we are looking to do 2-3 days with both recreational and tech offerings. We'll be on the same boat but can do our own style of diving!

I don't think I have a full weeks vacation left afte Egypt and the Flower Gardens. I might be able to squeeze in an extended long weekend though.lets go to Belize for a week!!!!!!!!!!!!!
