Darn, I thought DOM referred to Dom Perignon!

Ahh, the subtle differences between a cultured educated sophisticated scientist like Dr. Bill and myself...I thought it referred to a dominatrix :dazzler:

Sorry Patty-Needed to change my dive plans to the following weekend so I can grill Zach re all the gossip from the last SD trip.

Al, Would love to meet you at the Bridge -A dive I'm very intersted in doing someday but probably when the water temps are high enough that I don't have to wear a weight suit & weights!

Holly, Any chance you can join us next Sat afternooon? Zach has to drive I get to dive!!! If not it looks like we have a good group in the area that might be willing to dive & then HH

When I went to BHB on 12/16 with Holly, the water temp varied from 75.9 to 77.5. Some people dive that without a wetsuit...

:banghead: Darn, i'm sorry I missed you guys for this dive. I did my pool work and nav. dive at the Blue Heron bridge and my plans to get back there a couple of months ago fell through :(. Hopefully you guys will return there soon and I can join in.

I like the idea of having a DOM there and then a picnic Happy Hour. (mental note registered :D )
The water taxi picks up at Phil Foster as well if people wanted to go over to Peanut Island for the picnic part. :cool1:

Hope to catch some of you at the Happy Hour on the 19th and HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!! :cheerleader:

BHB was wonderful yesterday. The water temp was 76 and the viz was excellent. We were able to see from one span of pillars to the other. So, viz was an easy 50'. I met up with Jupitermermaid and several friends from the Cocoa/Melbourne area. After the dive, 10 of us went to the Brass Ring for beer and wings.

Zach,
I never did see the Deep Obsession go by. So, I couldn't wave... but I did think get a chuckle at about 1:05 thinking about you and Doug waving at my dive flag. :D

Susie,
I go there often, so you'll have plenty of opportunities to join me.

Al

Sounds like you guys went out. Dean, Shana, Russ, and Susan from Pura Vida were all at the bridge. They cancelled their afternoon dive. But, the Sirena is a much smaller boat than the Deep Obsession.

When we went over the bridge, the ocean looked bumpy. Lots of white caps...

Yupp, Not a good day for students. I'm guessing that is what Dean was doing at the bridge. Must've had a class??
