I'm just testing the waters on SD to see if any Divers/ in or with-in driving distance of the Arkansas area are interested in a Happy Hour/Get Together in Hot Springs, Ark... around April/May.
Dive into a clear Lake...Dive into a Hot Tub... Or both

Yep.. Its true this part of the country is getting its share of Strong and Dangerous Storms
I got out of my cave long enough to post this thread then I had to return to my cave as a severe hall storm hit last night .
On a brighter note Jball171 aka Justin and I have been working on some tentative plans for hosting the first ever Arkansas Happy Hour

Look who's posting in our HH thread
Two of the most scubalicious divers on SD
Annasea and Scubapunk
All we have to do is provide Sandy a place to dive and she will be there, but how can we convince Annasea to come as well ?
Maybe we can promise to take them both to Hope and show them the factory where they make the Presidents of the United States

Alrighty then! That sounds like lots of fun, but really just the diving and a burrito is all you need to get me there.

Well, the burrito can defenitly be arranged! We have excellent mexican food here. As for the diving, give us about three weeks. They're bringing the lakes (Ouachita, hamilton, and catherine) up starting this past week. The're coming up about 6 feet each after being down for the winter. The water'll be a little cloudy because of all the stuff that's built up on the shore. But the upside is that the water will be alot warmer. Of course, we could just spend the whole time exploring the state parks around hot springs....The options are endless.

Justin thanks for the update on the local lakes!
I through out a post in the
Happy Hour USA
and Shawnabbott plus Rktmtwy said they would be interested in coming out to explore the Crator of Diamonds. I think if we can get a few more interested in our HH party we could go ahead and start making a date, place and time for it, of course we will need the blessing from WW. Scubapunk pmed me and said we could also start a new thread about the Arkansas HH in the Central Region SD Events. So is there any other divers out there that would like to attend an HH event in the Natural State
