Good Day,

We decided to open this special thread for those members having problems with their accounts. The biggest cause of this is changing email addresses. When you register your SD account you supply an email address. If you change emails, but don't update the registered address, it is no longer valid. You will be unable to do anything with your account like change passwords as confirmation emails are sent to the registered address on your SD account instead of your current one.

When we get email rejected, we immediately investigate. If the cause of the error is an old email address we change the account to "Inactive" and the user has to contact us to restart it. Only Admins can change an email address once it is on the account, so it is very important you keep this updated!

The list of accounts we are having issues with appears below. Please note this is a closed thread. You cannot respond to it. To contact us you should use the admin@singledivers.com email address giving your user name and OLD address so we can confirm who you are. We will update this thread as needed.

Jamison - 550 5.1.1 unknown or illegal alias
Mikeydiver - 550 Recipient address rejected: User unknown
Piz - 550 Invalid recipient
SierraShade - 550 Invalid recipient:
divinfool - 550 5.1.1 Not our Customer
moparmagician - 550 sorry, mail to that recipient is not accepted (#5.7.1)
ttowndiver - 550 Recipient Rejected: No account by that name here
Remember, email is an inefficient communications forum. You may not read things the way it was intended. Give people the benefit of the doubt before firing back... Especially if it is ME...! ;)
