I have had LOTS of trouble with my mask fogging also.

My Instructor accused me of breathing through my nose and had me put my head under water without my mask to show him I was NOT. I have scrubbed and scrubbed and still have trouble. I think it's my body temperature. 200 FT Viz seems to work pretty well for me, but still looking for the perfect de-fog!!! I will try the Johnsons....seems like that worked for me one time.
Handle every stresssful situation like a dog.
If you can't eat it or play with it,
Just pee on it and walk away.

Works great, just remember to rinse! I put the baby shampoo on the lenses and smear it around, rinse with salt water, gear up, put mask on & get in.

I do wear a baseball cap while on boat or shore, to keep the sun off my face and thus keeping the skin temp cooler.
