Well first off you don't want to call it a "bribe", I believe the magiq words she used were, "Is there a fine I can pay?" and you don't want to say it in front of too many officials because it will be divided and each must be happy with the amount they get or you could be out the money and still get deported.

That's it! I hereby make a motion (okay, flail wildly about) that we table this sidebar until the next available HH where we can flesh out the details over beer and pretzels while surrounded by SD babes.

Robn, like everything else in Indonesia that needs to be negotiated, they wouldn't suggest a fine but when she did their eyes lighted up but then she needed to raise it since it was going to be divided by two. I think it was more than their weekly salary.
