IMPORTANT UPDATE:
Hey we need some DRIVERS to pick up VIP's at the airport!
The details are in the special forum but basically if you can pick up a DIVE VIP at Hobby on Friday at 1pm or Intercontinental at noon or 4pm....

IMPORTANT UPDATE:
It looks like we have our VIP's covered!
We would like 1 extra standby driver just in case!
And we need people to help with registration on Saturday and Sunday. We are looking for volunteers to work at least 4 hours but will take any amount of time you can assist with. We need at least (1) volunteer for every hour of the show on Sat and Sun. (We'll probably need several people during the peak hours which is usually the morning shift.)
We will be working to get our volunteers into the show for free....please use the private forum to sign up for specific tasks, shifts and duties.

For those of you who did not see this on the Dive Show thread, I would like to bring this to everyone's attention who is going to attend and/or work at the Texas Dive Show this coming weekend as I don't think any of you were aware of this.
The show is being held at RELIANT ARENA, not Reliant Center as some of you might have thought.
Please refer to this map. You will see that Reliant Center is located on the north side of the grounds but Reliant Arena is on the southeast corner. So if you are at the headquarter hotel (Holiday Inn) on Kirby, while it would be short walk to Reliant Center, it is at least three-times the walk to Reliant Arena which includes walking around the Astrodome.
I also just got off the phone with the people at Reliant Park, the McNee Street entrance (off Kirby) and the Holly Hall entrance (off Fannin) will open at 8:00 am.
