Well, it looks like all of us made it. The ferry from Cancun is only running a boat every two hours so that slowed down those that flew there.

Diving starts in the AM..More to come..

CORRECTION...he IS still there! I just know we saw him again...or at least his twin brother and about 20 more cousins and siblings! :birthday:

Don't know if I can make it next year or not...but this trip was DIVE...TASTIC! Anyone who missed out should sign up now for next October. It was my first SD.com trip and I'll definitely be on another one in the future. The hotel and dive shop were great, and our group of Pirates was HHHHARRRRRRR awesome! Kudos to Kamala for putting together a wonderful event. Not sure if I've ever been so well taken care of on a group trip -- and that includes you all, fellow divers! Thanks to everyone who held my hand, made sure I had my equipment on right, and made sure I wasn't fed to a shark. I'll upload some photos soon.

It's hard to believe that this time last week I was watching the fiercest group of pirates on the Spanish Main being judged on their costumes in Cozumel. It was a scurvy group to be sure.

It was really a great trip. The diving was as good as it gets and the company was exceptional. Kamala did a great job putting this trip together. The only damper to the trip was some rain after the night dive, but that just helped wash the gear down.

I'm already looking forward to my next trip with SingleDivers.com

Well, the reports crept in, but photos?... :D I know, I know, if I really wanted to see the costume contest I should have just taken the proverbial plunge, gone into hock up to my earlobes and joined the party. *sigh* Alas, my pragmatic, curmudgeonly and evil twin Skippy slapped a veto vote on that idea. (Interesting, swapping a couple of letters like that creates such differing meanings... oh look, something shiny!) :teeth:

I know many of us not fortunate enough to be part of the festivities are anxious to live vicariously through the lenses of others. Please don't make me beg, it is not pretty. :birthday:

Kamala, you are sweet to offer up photos, but I know you are freshly returned from the latest arduous SD adventure. Surely the rest of the Wrecking Crew (pun intended) had cameras on the Coz trip? C'mon guys, WW has her hands full creating, planning, and herding you cats during, all these memorable SD events. Seems the least you could do is ante up to the Gallery a piece of the videographic vigorish. :D
