10-12 cracked ice cubes, 2 measures vodka, 1 measure lime juice, ginger beer to top up, slice of lime, to decorat
Put 4-6 cracked ice cubes int a cocktail shaker. Pour the vodka and lime juice over the ice. Shake vigorously until a frost forms. Half fill a chilled highball glass with cracked ice cubes and strain the cocktail over them. Top with ginger beer, decorate with a slice of lime.

Jamaica Mule:
Put 4-6 cracked ice cubes into a cocktail shaker. Pour 2 measures white rum, 1 measure dark rum, 1 measure golden rum, 1 measure Falernum and 1 measure lime juice over the ice. Shake vigorously until a frost forms, then strain the mixture into a tall, chilled tumbler. Top up with ginger beer and then decorate with some pineapple wedges and crystallized ginger.
