Hi,

I want to use ff miles to book the international flights so I need
to book early. Any update on the trip itinerary? Specifically,
what would I miss if I stayed in Puerto Ayora at the end of the
trip? And is the dive site itinerary accurate?

Sat-Oct. 10th: New Orleans(flt 526) depart 11:50am to Miami arrive 2:40pm
Miami(flt 931) depart 3:35pm to Quito arrive 6:30pm
Tues0Oct 20th: Quito(flt 966) depart 8:35am to Miami arrive 1:40pm
Miami(flt 637) depart 4:05pm to New Orleans arrive 5:05pm
I will send the signed consent when I send my next payment(if that is OK).

ADDITIONAL INFO AS REQUESTED:

HI Kamala,
We do not have the boat the week following your
charter. This is a different week in that respect. It actually works out
that
you get another land tour at the end. Galasam, the owners , have chartered
the
following week for a land tour week in SAn Cristobal. Your trip will start
in
Baltra and will finish in San Cristobal. Since the trip finishes in San
Cristobal the guests get a better itinerary than normal. Dinner will be as
usual
on their own in Santa Cruz, then the boat will go to San Cristobal
overnight.
The Black Turtle Cove visit will be replaced with a better land excursion
on
Monday morning in San Cristobal probably to the beach where the iguanas and
sea
lions live. They will also not have to sit around the airport for as long
on the
return as they would in Baltra.
Just let me know what Stu wants and I will set his
flights up accordingly. If he wants to arrive early I can take care of the
flight change.

questions.

I also paid for my NITROX when I paid the $47 delta in check number 4399 dated 2/24/09. The front page shows the $47 paid, but not the NITROX paid.

Hi,

I have been looking forward to this Galapagos trip since I joined singledivers last year and have been prepared to pay in full when the trip was rescheduled. I checked the website for the rescheduled trip details to be posted every day for awhile, then every week, then occasionally, since I thought I read there would be email notification to those who had expressed interest when the new trip info was available. Now I see I missed the early bird deadline, so I will go ahead and send the $1000 deposit now and the balance when required.

I look forward to participating in the Oct 10-20 land and sea trip. I would like to share a double occupancy room and dive with nitrox. I will bring my own gear. There is a lot of info posted on this trip, so I will spend some time going through all the details to make sure I complete all that is needed to plan a fun, well planned trip. It will be great to meet everyone and have a fabulous experience!

Hey SpaceDiver...I'll take care of you on the early bird discount. I know you emailed me TONS of times asking when I'd have this all worked out and you begged to let you send in the deposit before it was even posted and I think we did have a bit of delay in getting this out.... so if you send the entire amount and have both payments postmarked by 3/27 I'll still honor the early discount booking for you. But only cuz you really did email me at least 50 times! LOL

Seriously looking at this trip and I already have the time off.
What's the airport code for Quito? The airfare may be the deciding factor.
Have we heard any rental costs yet? It would be nice not to have to drag all that neophrene all the way round the world.
