To all the attendees of the HH who also donated either goodies or cash for the Care & Share care packages to our military: From the bottom of my heart, thank you. We'll definitely meet the goal of shipping six boxes!!! Thank you, all, for your generosity.
Photos were taken by ScubaTooth, LLDN and Mermaid Lady, that I'm aware of. I'm hoping that they will all post their pics here soon!
CapnJack, I'm so glad that I finally got to meet you and talk a bit.
LLDN and Wenchie, it was SOOO good to see y'all, both last night and tonight!!
Hambergler, I know I wussed out on that cold water on a cold day, but we'll get some diving in soon. Besides, your shop is the closest to me in Wylie, so I will be seeing you soon, no doubt!
Y'all, thank you for a warm welcome (back) to Texas!!! I'd be hard-pressed to find a finer group of people to socialize with.

I want to send special thanks to Kamala, Victoria and Kimmie for providing various car services and a nice warm & comfy bed while I was in Dallas. You guys are the best, and the company was fantastic!
Thanks to everyone who brought the goodies for the Operation Care & Share packages to the HH. An awesome level of participation that is sure to do much good where it is headed!
And, to everyone who attended the HH, thanks for coming and helping to make this one of the most successful HH's ever! It was good to see friends from the Roatan trip, and it was great to meet & speak with all the new friends over a few adult beverages. I think everybody had a very good time, and we were there for 4 hours or so, sitting & standing around a circular fireplace (thank goodness for that fire! Who said Dallas is warm in winter?? ) I got to meet some members that will be on future SD trips with me, so we got a head start on getting to know each other. A couple of members couldn't make it after all, and we missed them (Bubski, Cmdr Clownfish, I hope you will make the next HH! Bad luck that I was unable to hook up with you at this one.)
And now, for the

Hmmm, I wonder where the bodysurfing pictures went.
I know where they went, but I'm not telling....

I will add that any pictures that show up of the body surfing that may or may not have taken place at the HH are all a product of photo-shop!
crowd surfing is easy its the levitating that is hard to pull off in photochop (pun intended). but in anycase I really dont know what your talking about.

Y'all are great!!!! I had so much fun meeting everyone, and look forward to attending more events.
Landlocked, it was incredible hearing your story about your snow. Living in Houston for all but 6 years of my life, it is so hard to imagine how cold and frustrating the snow can get. When the miracle of snow comes to my home, I'm still the kid on the street who tries to gather up all the neighbor's snow just to make a knee high (if lucky) snowman. This last time, I had to share my childhood with my 10 year old son, though. I'm soooo glad you made it to the HH. See you in LA for FIJI....yeah baby!
