Fantastic idea, Sissy! I made the mistake of putting on the weight after quitting and THEN trying to get it back off, which has become a major project!
You'll be amazed at how good you feel after a workout.......after the first week, that is! That first week usually discourages people from continuing. Put your "stubborn" on, and work past it just like you did with the demon weed.
