Yes you will get free access for working the booth. We'll either arrange to arrive at the same time or when you arrive call me and I will get you your badge. I have not done THIS show before but I have done others and they are all similar. Maybe TimAlso can help with some of the specifics. Kamala

Update on my part. Friday I will be driving to the OWU and arrive about 4:30-5, depend on traffic. I will bring the "Win Prize" sheets.p.s. Yes I can use all the help you can offer...we have very few people to work the booth at this show. Thank you! kamala
Hopefully I get there before the show starts.
I remember they have food vendor inside the show, not great, but fill your stomach.

this trip sounds very very interesting and i wish it's still possible to sign up? but i still need to plan it right. It would be my first time to go diving with you guys. I"m very excited but i want to know when is the deadline to sign up for this trip?
