How many people at SD are in New Orleans or immediate area???? I wouldn't mind getting together every so often. Im very new to the area, just moved down here about 6 months ago. Was hoping to be closer to diveable water, but found out im just as far away as I was in Phenix city, AL. So being that I'm new to the area, I don't think I would be a good organizer for this but would definately attend if people actually showed up.

I'm seeing 23 people who have LA listed in their profiles. Don't know how many of them are from New Orleans. I think we should post and see what the interest is. I wouldn't mind taking a road trip to NO for a HH!

Sure I want to see how many Arizona divers I can meet!!! Tucson would be great but I'd probably get a better response from Phoenix. That's two hours away. I'll play hostess! ~ Damselfish

Sounds like we need to break off the L.A. folks and the AZ folks and let's talk Getting Happy! Then we can work on some serious planning for the Happy Hours! If you pick a date approx 30-45 days out...I can get it published in various ScubaDiving magazines...:cool1:

We'll start breaking out these thread so we can see who wants to do Louisana SD Style and Arizona SD Style! :teeth:

That could work too! I'll be in Fiji but that won't stop you...SD will not have a booth at the Long Beach show this year...but we hope to be there next year.

Let's start a new thread in the Western Region forum and see who plans to attend the show and perhaps a HH. Can you pick a time and place? That helps a lot! k

Hey SDer's!!! Anyone want to do a Happy Hour in their city or region? Let us know...

The food here is goooood and fun to eat.
I'm talking about the food at Anthony's Fish Grotto in Seattle.

Has anyone tried the restaurant on the waterfront, in San Diego?

What say you to a relaxing HSDH (Happy SingleDivers Hour) in San Diego in July (2009) on Friday 17TH in the evening, or Saturday evening on the 19TH?

Hi Cold H2O. Ooops. "Ya got me. My mistake." I meant to put July 12 - 17TH, didn't I? Here, watch me edit my posting...

*change-change-change*

Did you see that! Now yawl can do a paridigm shift. Is it cool?

I've enjoyed the Downtown waterfront restaurants before. What restaurants do you like best for a traditional SDHH?

Is Anthony's big enough? I really like open seating for my social issues. :teeth:
