Hi Everyone,

We're sorry for the short notice, but due to the weather and flooding we're cancelling HH for tonight. Only one person actually confirmed attendance, and we spoke, and decided the weather was just too much for everyone's driving distance. Especially since rain and flooding are expected to continue through tomorrow evening.

We'll plan another one some time soon. If anyone has a suggestion for location, please let us know. Given how spread out we all are in this region, we expect to rotate HH locations.

Again, sorry for the short notice, but we figured no one would want to drive in this!!

I actually looked at what it'd take to get down there for the HH from the Philly area, but getting there at 5:30 after a day of work just wasn't going to work.

Long drive in this kind of weather. Would have been great to see you tho!

I am just very thankful that it hasn't been a lot colder, otherwise we would have probably been dealing with snow.

Thanks Sassi...we still would of had a great weekend...even if it was only a quiet 'girls out weekend'. But we'll start looking at dates for the next one...I really really really want to be there! -ww

Well, it IS Friday the 13th! For the next HH, I'll have to put in a special request for no rain, sleet, snow, hail, hurricanes, cyclones, or any other weather interference

Baltimore is easy to fly into for me...but timing will get a bit tricky as Dec is now shot since I have the Florida show the 4-7th, Mona 10-19th then holidays with my mom...so I couldn't make one until Jan/Feb.

Some of us missed the late notice Five of us bumped into each other at the Rams Head. Ok, I cheated and invited two friends that I'm trying to get back into scuba diving and one friend who enjoys snorkeling. We also bumped into Marty. From a logistics perspective, the Rams Head on Friday night was quite busy. Parking can be a challenge if you've never been to the Rams Head. On the plus side, they had free wings as part of a happy hour special until 7 p.m.
