there's nothing like seeing the ice crystals floating in the air with a full moon and six inches of snow on the ground and coyotes serenading you as you snuggle in a warm blanket with a nice cup of hot chocolate !!!

Well I found something good about Tucson. Beautiful 70 degree weather most of the winter. Great weekend here now for my convertible. Think I'll take a drive up the mountain. Can see snow up there in about another few weeks, maybe down to Mexico to run around on the quads in 70 degree weather. Can snow ski in 4 hours in north Arizona lay out on the beach in 4 hours in Mexico, which way do I go? :thankyou:

And Moose- Sierra Vista is near Ft. Hauchucha, an hour and 15 min from here ON THE WAY to San Carlos and Kino Bay (great places, great diving), We go through Nogales border town then down the coast 4 hrs,
Can't wait for a dive buddy! - D :birthday:

Yes, I'm very familar with the area. Being in the Army, I've bene stationed at FH many time. In fact, I almost bought a second home there.

You don't need to go too far to snow ski. Just 36 miles up Mt Lemon! :D8>) (one of my favorate roads in the in US to ride my Harley up!)

That was a neat thing about living in Portland Oregon, especially in the summertime. It was 90 minutes to the mountains or 90 minutes to the ocean. The only downside is the ocean was always cold!
