Its great to have the Commander and the Grabber in the house....this trip is getting an AMAZING START!!! But its still a chick trip....

GREAT NEWS!!! The price of this trip was just dropped by Nekton $200. So sadly there is no longer a $100 repeat bonus BUT you still get the $100 early payment bonus which is now $300 savings total possible vs. $200. And of course after the trip you get your $25 rebate if you use the form to file for it!

Okay, I'm really confused at this point! If I pay by January 1st, what is the cost? $1795 minus $200 minus $100 for a total of $1495. Then I need to add back on the $195 nitrox, $75 fuel and $20 communication fees which then totals $1785. Since there's no option on the fuel and communication fees it would be so much easier if they were just included at the beginning?

Sorry to be confusing. Yes the base trip is now $1595 vs $1795 and if you pay by Jan 1st it will be $1495 plus the extras. All liveaboards have extras....some have you pay on the boat and some have you pay in advance. Since nitrox is optional and limited on this boat it couldn't be included regardless although we could include the $40 com fees and the fuel surcharge. But then we'd look MORE expensive so I follow the normal protocol and quote according the the boat's way of doing it. Its like Roatan only quoting the base price and then you have to add 16% govt tax on that. Why don't you just give the price with the tax like almost every other country....protocol and tradition. Sometimes you just can't fight it.
