I'm a new drinker of the Crossfit Koolaid and wondered if we have any other CF freaks here?

For those you wondering what the heck is CF? Wiki Definition for Crossfit

Here is a video from our local affiliate - try to stay with it for at least 3 minutes to get a good cross-section of the types of exercises you can expect. A Week in the Life of Crossfit Houston

Here's a few pics of me trying to keep up:

Squid - I have tried these workouts - they are tough - but they make you realize you aren't quite pushing it like you could.......or at least it did me. You should see me loose with a kettle ball! :thankyou:

Good on ya, Squid! Exercise programs are so individual. As long as you find one that you like to do, that's the right one for you!

I'm still searching for the right combination of cardio, strength, stretching, etc., but I love the Concept II rower for my all-body warm-up! 15-30 minutes on that, and I'm ready for the torture of the other machines..... :thankyou:

I love the Concept II rower

I never gave much thought much about the rower until Crossfit. Oh my goodness.

We did a minute one night and I thought I would die, that equated to about 200 meters. The next week I was away on a Carnival cruise and I thought I would get a head of the game and row 400 meters while away.

As soon as I got back our assignment was run a mile and then get on the rower and row 1610 meters. That's the picture you see me out of step with everyone else on the rowers and my head glistening from a bath of sweat.
