I have been eating less as I have become more fit. Not so much from intentionally cutting back. Just not as hungry or as interested in eating.
I have noticed the same thing as I became fit...

It definitely looks like you get exercise and have FUN!I like to Bicycle ride, and to Dance (Swing, WestCoast, Lindy, you name it).
As for me--
I really think I should take a dance class... after my sad performance in Cozumel, with a VERY KIND dance partner attempting to teach me to two step... I had a good laugh, but I'm not sure THAT kind of dance could be considered exercise!

I don't know, Heidi.....I've seen (but cannot do myself) some pretty fancy two-stepping that must take some energy! Stay on the dance floor all night, and you're bound to use up some calories!

Here's a couple of Videos to give you a better explanation.
CrossFit Cleveland Explains "What is CrossFit?"
A Generic "What is CrossFit" Video
After watching the videos, don't give me that "It's too tough for me" line. My 64-year-old mother starts January 4th.
Here are a few "clickable" pics of me learning how to stuff the "bud of pain" into the bong of fitness.
Just remember if my mother can do it, and a guy like me with "Olive Oyl" sized arms can do it -- you can too!

Yes, the people at this gym are great. I love the husband/wife owners. They motivate and creative.
The gym itself is typical CrossFit, very minimalist. With things like our 200m run is "run to the palm tree and back." There is a whole "gritty" back-to-basics feel about the place. Not like the IKEA slick gyms where everyone brags they have a TV in front of them while they work out. We are in a grungie urban area of Houston, so you feel like you are really going there to get fit.
I like the cockiness and the unit pride you get there, with sayings like "your workout is our warmup."
I don't want to scare anyone away, the cool thing about the program is it's all "scalable." No matter your fitness, or injuries, they can work around that and get you healed or up to speed.
There's no dressing up, or having a "look" there. The bathroom has a sign, "If your going to throw up, do it outside." Who can't love a gym with a sign like that?
Thats a nice crossfit gym Squid! The one I was going to was a hole in the wall where everyone just kind of did their own thing. Looks like everyone there is doing the WOD and pushing each other.
