Here are my 2010 Resolutions:

1 Dive more (may be the hardest resolution to keep I had 69 Logged dives in 2009)

2 Laugh long loud and often

3 Sing like no one is watching

4 Smell the roses everychance I get

and that whole lose weight thing too :dancing:

May I replace my resolutions with yours? Pretty please? Yours sound much much better than mine and will be a whole lot more fun too! Well, excpet for that last one at the end...that's never fun, though rewarding! And, I oughta keep the one about my front porch...I need that one.

Sure! I can share, And I play well with others and I don't run with scissors either :cool1:

Each wreck has a tale to tell about its life and its demise.

If you are observant while diving in dark places listen to the account each has to tell, You cannot come away unaffected.

Well I've thought of two really important resolutions for me, since health is a priority for me right now...

1. Eat more iron rich foods
2. Follow what I've learned from WreckWench about nutrition - er, on a more regular daily basis... :dancing:

Okay, since SomeOne :cool1: :birthday: thought I was sucking up....and since I've seen some great posts from others...

I've been inspired to amend my resolutions and add...

Make more connections with new people
Er, I may be accused of sucking up again... but ... stop and smell the roses :birthday: (I really like that one!)

Cass & I agreed today to get back in the gym 3x per week, as gym buddies! That will help with Resolution #1, as well as the Fitness Challenge in another thread. :dancing:

I don't really make New Years resolutions, as they can be a setup for failure.

However I do try to apply some type of general theme or goal to a coming year.

For me, 2009 is a year to venture outward.

(along with maintaining the fitness I have been working on all last year)

Get in better shape! Just got back from Mexico and feel like a truck hit me. Maybe it has something to do with riding quads all day yesterday up, down and behind mountains and jumping sand dunes. Ok and then walking a mile on the beach to drink margaritas and eat clams and shrimp cocktails. Ouch!

Hot tub and LA fitness time! :cool1: - D

I met the most wonderful woman at thanks giving.

My resolution is to treat her right and make an honest women out of her one day.

Can't wait to introduce her to the best dive buddies around.

I was going to stay OFF the computer and get more work done around the house and yard and get out on the real world more on weekends.
SO much for THAT. Well maybe the weekends! :thankyou: - D

I started my most important "New Year's" resolution last April. Those of you who saw me at Dallas HH's in Feb and March (or our Comal adventures in July) would see FAAARRR less of me now. I'm continuing with that project, but adding the following:

  • Increase the weekly exercise
  • Go diving
  • Go diving summore
  • Live more for the moment than I have been
  • Express more gratitude
  • Go diving (did I say that already?)
  • Invest in a saltwater aquarium...helps with the surface interval/withdrawal symptoms!
  • Spend more time with my friends
  • Finish reading the book "What's So Amazing About Grace?" that I was given for Christmas
  • Get busy tailoring some of my clothes...cuz they don't fit me anymore! :cool1: :thankyou:
  • Yup, go diving summore!
