I know about Flax. (I need to get back on it soon!)
What other good ideas do you have?
Ahem..... Niacin IS a drug.
LOL, well if you want to count vitamins and/or herbs, then fine. You got me there. But they are alot cheaper and don't require prescription, unlike statins. Nor do they have undesirable side effects in the vast majority of cases.
