yeah, I will help saturday afternoon and stay saturday night. Though after looking at the prices of the hotel I will be making reservations at another hotel 1/2 mile down the road. It's $50 cheaper

OK now that HH is on Saturday. Where and When?

The place Carla scoped out walking distance from the show so we don't have parking issues and it will be approx 1 hr after the show ends so we can break down the booth. So that makes it 6pm which is plenty early and of course we can have several volunteers head over and save us tables!!! That will be necessary as all places nearby will be crowded as soon as they break down!

There will DEFINITELY be something going on Friday...we may see if the film fest is fun...and we might hang with the Sea Shepherd.org guy...but food and fun and drinks are part of the evening's activities....lets say a pre-Happy Hour Warm Up or even Dry...er Wet Run!!!

So we know where to find you. We should get to the hotel around 9:30 with any luck. Ready to socialize by 9:35.

BTW any poker players in the group? I have played poker once and I am off tonight to a charity poker tournament
that I was invited to play in. This should be interesting and hopefully I do not embarrass myself too badly. T. Boone Pickens

I've been at many trade shows during my working life and I can't imagine it will take very long to disassemble the booth. Depending on where I am and what I'm doing I can most likely head over to the restaurant early to see if they will let us save tables. It will help if we have some kind of idea before we try to save tables how many will be attending the HH.

The weather is going to be Colorado perfect during your visit!!

that I was invited to play in. This should be interesting and hopefully I do not embarrass myself too badly. T. Boone Pickens

Poker you ask? I would talk trash, but if you are entering tournaments I may refrain from attempting a game of texas hold 'em with you. Should I bring my set just in case? We usually play for small money. $5 buys your chips and you can buy back in if someone wants to sell some of their chips to you.
