A new one to me, too. I would venture two options here, depending on the location and facilities:
1. Don't bonk your noggin on the (boat, ladder, prop, rudder) right over us; and,
2. Oh Lord, please give me enough air for my safety stop!

If you are observant while diving in dark places listen to the account each has to tell, You cannot come away unaffected.
