Hey gang...the reservations arriving today seem fine and yes they are paid for. The one that arrived yesterday SHOULD have been paid for but for some reason did not process properly. Jim/Wayne/Tammy I have authorized the hotel to transfer the charge to my credit card BUT please make sure they do NOT chg Wayne's card. If they do pls get an extra copy of the paid receipt so I can file a claim/complaint if both of our cards are charged.

Yay, almost time to go!! And the storm path looks clear

I just noticed that my recorded flight info is no longer correct. I'm not surprised because AA changed it at least twice. Here's what you have right now:

Flight Details: 9/4 AA 2525 arr PLS 2:15pm, 9/11 AA 1594 dpt PLS 3:10pm

I just checked in for tomorrow, and my flight out of DFW is 2281, dep 7AM arr MIA 10:45, then flight 1653 out of MIA at 12:20, arr PLS 2:00 PM

I didn't notice as closely what's recorded for the return, but just in case:

Flight 1594 dep PLS at 3:10 PM.

Might not matter much as long as everything goes according to plan, but just in case flights get delayed going over there, you know what flight I'm supposed to be on

As long as you're arriving within 30 minutes of your initial time, we're good!!

I just went online to check in for tomorrow's flight, and got a really cheap upgrade to first class for both outgoing legs of the trip!

The weather so far is great. Hot, partly cloudy and almost no wind. The 6 of us that are here had happy hour at the pool bar and then went to dinner at a great place. good food and service.

Gallery pool is open, guys! Here's a link. Since my own camera case failed the first day (at least I salvaged the Sony) I hope the rest of you bubbling shutterbugs will upload some offerings soon. Oh, and please remember the Gallery limits file size to around 250KB (what some of the high end machines consider thumbnails these days). Sorry about the mild inconvenience!
