So, does anyone want to meet up with Chris (single or as a group) and keep him from sitting in a hotel room by himself the whole time he's in Hotlanta?

I am diving in Palm Beach this weekend and backpacking on the Appalachian Trail next weekend, so not much time for socializing I'm afraid. I hope Chris has a fun visit, though!

Tammy you say until the 26th meaning Chris leaves the 26th?

I really don't know....that's just how he put it. Anybody can go on Facebook and if you're friends with Chris, communicate with him (his phone gets FB). If you're not friends with him, but you are friends with me, you can find his post on my Wall and reply.

Hey gang...if anyone can still do a HH in Atlanta Bill's schedule and my ride just changed a bit. We can now only do the 26th BUT we can also come in the 25th Friday (Will Chris still be in town) and do it Friday night then do our training seminar on Saturday. Otherwise we can do it Sat night.

So let us know if anyone can still do or wants to do the 25th Friday or 26th Saturday?

And I am sorry that both Bill and I had to fly out of town this week messing up the weekend of the 9th.

Hopefully Kate and Jim will forgive us for messing things up.

Chris aka JustRuck just replied on FB that he flies out the evening of Oct 26, so of the two dates, the 25th works best for him!

He flies out the evening of 10/26, which is a Tuesday by my calendar. He can meet anybody any evening from today up to and including 10/25.

WRONG DATES....we can do HH Friday Oct 22 or Sat Oct 23. Anyone else want to join Chris, Bill and I? Or should I say CAN anyone else join us???

And where will Chris be and will he have transport? We'll in in N. GA so close to the Dave & Busters we usually go too.

Chris has transportation and a GPS, so he's mobile! He just needs to know when & where to meet people. He says any day he's in Atlanta, he's available to meet if he gets some notice (meaning I have to post in on Facebook so he can see it on his phone! LOL)

I am traveling (aboard Miss Magic trying to upgrade the flurshlugginer solar panel system) but will be back in GA tomorrow where the regional address list is cached on my PC for the email blast.

Ummm.... There is no Friday October 25th. There is a Saturday September 25th, a Monday October 25th, and a Thursday November 25th.

I'm really confused now on the dates!!! I was tentatively planning to come when Saturday, October 23rd was being considered. Friday are impossible for me unless I make plans to leave work early for the drive over to Atlanta. Maybe I can make it next time.

As I mentioned in a previous posting, I will be backpacking with our Scout troop the weekend of Oct 23-24, so Saturday night is out for me. I might be able to do Fri night (Oct 22) as long as I did not stay too late.

Funny thing - we were original planning to hike on the AT, but due to a sudden increase in interest, we are switching to the Bartram Trail, which is just a few miles west of Salem. So I will be hiking in Kamala's neck of the woods (literally!) while she is partying in mine.
