Well, I did advance and miss on the piggies :birthday:

It is nice to know that my internet friends are still entertained by that as well as the friends that visit me. The cardio cleaning up the craters they made is a whole other thing!!

My Favorite other "sport" is dancing. Just about any kind will do, from Belly dancing, waltz, foxtrot, rhumba, cha cha, tango, West coast and east coast swing, just to name a few!

Yes, I was reminded on Saturday what a good workout dancing is! I could hardly move after doing one of the infamous Friday Dubai brunch and then dancing it off afterwards...

And I actually have a belly dancing workout DVD. {Note to self - take on next SD trip}

I love my belly dancing and the definition it adds to my belly! I have several dvd's and perform from time to time for charity or other events.
