I attended our annual 'Start of Season' Dive Club BBQ at the local dive shop last Friday night and was floored to see how much work had been done there over the winter. Triangle Diving used to be the only dive shop on island that offered NITROX, but this year with new helium banks, NITROX mixers and an improved compressor they are now able to offer full support for technical divers. Given the state of the economy this was a real surprise to me, but the manager and staff are betting on the future of technical diving in Bermuda in spades.
They also offer full rebreather support and access to many caves and deep water wrecks around the island. In addition, they have purchased a new 31' motor boat to support technical diving and research trips.
I am hoping this is indicative of an improving financial atmosphere, but in any event having a fully equipped technical dive shop only 700 miles east of the US cannot be a bad thing.

Remember, email is an inefficient communications forum. You may not read things the way it was intended. Give people the benefit of the doubt before firing back... Especially if it is ME...!
Tech Support - The hard we do right away; the impossible takes us a little longer...

I wish them luck and a lot of business, as they'll need it.
