PRIZE UPDATE:

We are still finalizing the prize winners based upon the final count of villas we have, the number of FREE boat night dive spots etc. Due to the internet being down today and transferring from Media Luna to Henry Morgan...I will not have the total number of prizes available until tomorrow am. We may just wait until the orientation to announce all the winners since the prize count went up dramatically! ;cool1:

WHAT TO DO WHEN YOU ARRIVE AT THE AIRPORT:

We are staying at Henry Morgan Resort. It is in West Bay which is near West End. Look for signs that say Henry Morgan and for OTWDiver who will have a sign with SingleDivers.com on it or a SingleDivers.com Large Sticker on it. You will collect your bags and they will be transported with you.

Upon arriving at the hotel you will be greeted by myself and the HM Staff. You will either get lunch or go to the snack bar for a bit to eat depending on when you arrive. We have 3 main flights arriving tomorrow with approx 15-17 people on each flight. I am including the hotel check in form that you can pre-fill out (its in the private forum) which will speed up your check in time. If not the form is available at the front desk.

Check is simple either way... you fill out the form including your passport information and you give the resort a credit card for incidentals. If you are doing a d/o room then the first person arriving will fill out the form and will INCLUDE the information for the 2nd person. You will only need one credit card for the room. NOTE: If you are doing a double occupancy room and you are NOT arriving with our roommate pls get their passport number and date of birth for them so you can complete YOUR registration.

BEFORE heading off to your rooms or to get a bite to eat...we'll show you where the dive shop is. Please go to the dive shop with your gear and c-card (or copy of c-card and your dive waiver you printed from the special forum to get checked in.) We need each group to do this shortly after arrival to avoid an EXTREMELY early check in on Sunday morning which is our first day of diving.

At 6pm there will be a mandatory resort/dive and single's week orientation in the theater next to the lobby. The ALL Inclusive part of the week starts at 6pm which is when you get your wrist bands so please arrive promptly. We will start at 6pm to ensure that we end promptly and we pass on valuable information you need to have a wonderful week PLUS your AI wristbands. George aka DiveTeacher has been at Henry Morgan all week scoping out all the 'insider's secrets' so he'll help show the ropes to everyone. Also by starting on time It will also ensure that we get to dinner early. (Experience shows that you should be the first ones at a buffet and not the last ones. We will therefore plan the week around starting dinner when it first opens up at 7pm. The only exception will be the night dive night.
