That looks like fun. I could see myself getting rolled repeatedly on purpose just for the entertainment value.

Location, location, location. What maybe good at Monastery Beach, would get you bloodied and full of urchin spines in Bonaire, for instance.

Time on earth is precious, time underwater even more so. Live life one day at a time. Dive your @$$ off!!!

Maybe once, having done it myself I can say it ain't that much fun. I got a broken toe in Bali doing that. I remember thinking, "Huh, this is what a beached whale feel like." My biggest advice, THICK soles on your booties.

Yes, definitely would want to do it on sand. A rocky shore would be unpleasant.
