I've been thinking about this all day, in between helping children find books at our annual school bookfair, soothing those who only had a dollar to spend (and of course next to nothing was available for them) and being humbled by parents who added an extra book to those for their children so our teachers could have a couple extra books for their classroom libraries.

THANK YOU to ALL our PAST and PRESENT members of the MILITARY on this unique Veteran's Day. It is because of your sacrifice we have the ability to live the kind of life that includes these simple joys and sorrows (and sometimes ease the sorrows with a "special deal" where a $5 book could be bought with a dollar...)

MY THANKS FOR ALL YOUR SACRIFICES.

An added Amen to the above. After standing by to assist with our Veterans Parade in Denver, last weekend and a smaller one today, I salute all of our men and women in service - past, present and future!!!!!

WIthout the men and women of the armed services...there would be no America as we know it. There would be no FREE WORLD as we know it and there would be NO SINGLEDIVERS.COM!!!

So thank a soldier past or present for the sacrafices they have made for US and our FREEDOMS. And remember that Freedom is NOT FREE...so if you are privileged to know a widow of one of our soldiers or any soldier that fights for FREEDOM please thank her and her family for her spouse's greatest gift and ultimate sacrafice.

And take action to keep America and the Free World FREE!!!
