Sorry guy's,looked in all the forum locations to find the last thread.:o So here goes...

Members working show : Kamala,Ellen Greg, Frances,John,Tim

I think it's fairly safe to say were going to Giadanos for Pizza,Wine & Beer. Saturday after show.Hope we can see everyone at the HH!:cheerleader:

Work schedule: Feb 17th --19th
SD Members :Would you please fill in what day's you would be working show...:thankyou:

Thank you Frances...we'll take all you can give us...looks like we need help on Sunday so if anyone can help Sunday that would be great!

As for Dinner...can we make a reservation or do they not do that? Perhaps we can get menus early to call in our order while we drive over if they don't take reservations. Just a thought...

Greg, Giordano was great last year, so it would be good to go back there. Saturday after floor close.

Hey John that is great! Sounds like I'll have a great team of volunteers in place and more equally divided between the days. :cheerleader: :cheerleader:

Can anyone see if they take reservations? That would solve the problem if they did or just get a menu and we'll call our order in early if they let us! Or at least be ready to order as soon as we arrive! Cool! ;)

John,thats great, I have no problem with Giordano's, mmmm. Mangia' ,Mangia' I think it's safe to say we have a plan... I just happen to have a menu.There is one not more than a mile away.I'll bring it to show.Didn't see a menu on line. John, can you make 7pm .reservations.That gives us enough tme to get there after show.Just a suggestion.See if they'll take'em 1 week prior. John,.We'll be on overload looks like Saturday. Come to the Pizza pty Sat.,then work Sunday?

Just for everyones knowledge:
SHOW HRS.
Friday: 8am to 5 pm. non critical day SATURDAY 9am till 6 pm. SUNDAY 9am. till 4 pm.

About reservaton at Giordano's. If you recall last year's thread, you need 10 people to make reservation. :banghead:
So we will have to wait there. Anyone can go early can hold the line for the group.
