East Anglia (UEA) and Harvard University, reaching
more than 180,000 people over a period of 14 years,
eating blueberries ONCE a week, lowers the risk of
developing hypertension by whopping 10%.
The health benefits of all berries, including
blueberries, have been known for a long time.
What's surprising, however, is how little it
takes (only eating a handful of raw berries
once a week) to make a huge difference with your health.
Blueberries have also been proven to lower
cholesterol and improve both arthritis and diabetes.

MMM..makes a create sauce for ice cream when you carmelize them with sugar and lemon juice, and then add some orange liquor!
Have I done enough to destroy the health benefits yet?
