Ok, time to fork out the cash for a TriMix Analyzer for moving forward with the Tec Rec courses.

I'm sort of partial to the TruMix 4001 but have heard lots of good things of the Dive Soft analyzer.

Anyone got any feedback on units you may own / use?

My husband is a trimix instructor and says anything you buy needs to have a flow meter. Also look at the cost of the replacement cells. Analox also makes a good one and we have a partnership with them. Let us know if you'd like pricing. Kamala

Thanks for the feedback on the Analox. I have their O2EII oxygen tester for nitrox diving and get about three (3) year life out of the sensor. I really like these and have used them for the past eight or ten years. Problem I have is getting new sensors to Costa Rica economically.

I'm going with the Trumix 4001 as Dive Express will ship this free to Costa RIca (free international shipping on all orders over $500) and they appear to have a good support system for when I need to replace the O2 sensor or other parts. The kit looks real nice and tidy in a pelican type case, thus up for the rugged abuse around the shop and boat.

I'll leave some additional feedback on it after a couple of months use. I believe my course director is using the Divesoft analyzer so we should have fun running the comparisons.
