Cocos Island sounded exciting until I got to the daily rain and 32 hours of seasickness part. I have been having a fantasy about Recife, Brazil in November. Any thoughts?

Hello Ethlie aka little red, welcome to SingleDivers.com! :welcome: You have really hit the ground running (hit the pool swimming?) :teeth: Your destination of choice is not one we hear mentioned very often (read: a first for me) and as such has piqued my curiosity. Before retirement, my old company sent me to Brazil on a job several years ago but I was down in Sao Paulo and lacked sufficient free time to explore more dive-promising areas of the country. What is it about Recife in November that conjures your fantasies? Dive article, friends' experience? Do tell... :respect: And again, welcome and we are glad you found us!

:welcome:

I think a small group will be diving in Cozumel THIS November but if you want us to book you to Cocos we can do so AND Save you money! We are also having discussions now about where to dive in 2015 and 2016 as 2014 is nearly all scheduled. :cool1:

HERE is where you can participate in those future dive destination discussions. (After clicking on the link scroll down a bit to see the topics which will be trip discussions by year.) :thankyou:

As much as I'd love to be out of town turkey day I'm still hoping to do Palau, Fiji and Raj. Since I'm going to Roatan and Saba I'd better skip Cozumel. I've been many times. I just wanted to let you know before you finalize dates. I have my deposits ready for the others ;)

La Paz, Mexico (Baja Sur) has great diving in the fall! I went in October once and stayed with/dove with "The Cortez Club". It was a fun adventure!

a suggestion - a week or long weekend of diving doing the fl wreck trek (in the keys) 5-9 wrecks, 3-7 days, depending on how we speck it out. {http://www.fla-keys....ing/wrecktrek/} I'm thinking starting black friday or possibly the monday before thanksgiving...
anyone interested?

IMPORTANT UPDATE:

Well November is just turning out to be a non-starter for several of us. I have the tail end of our Roatan trip, our industry global trade show and the spreading of my husband's mother's ashes. Punkie who thought she could lead a trip to Cozumel or Cayman Brac...has also been thwarted in her efforts to lead a trip for us.

So that leaves YOU! If you still want to travel in Nov we'll help you put a great trip together for you or for a few or for a lot! Our contracts will save you money and enable you to network with our divers to find something just right for you!

Several of you have already suggested places... the most recent being a wreck krawl in the Keys...

We look forward to helping to make it all work out!
