Due to time constraints the past year (2012), I haven't been on line near as much as I used to be. I was diving (a total of 326 dives last year despite only being able to dive for 8+ months). Therefore my scintillating, thought provoking, censor attracting "Dive Dry with Dr. Bill" newspaper columns have not been posted here regularly.
