Yes indeed! That's why I'm adding drysuit training onto my beginner courses! I was hesitant at first, but in light of hearing from many people about the many benefits of learning to drive dry, I decided it's well worth the *brrr* factor.I always feel that learning to dive in cold water is better than in warm water. You get a better appreciation of learning and mastering your skills with the added stress of the cold water. Even diving dry, your body will be warm, but you will still be experiencing some cold water shocks, e.g. doing skills like mask removal and clearing.
