When looking to upgrade my camera equipment prior to a trip to Fiji last Fall, not only did I have the decision of what to purchase, I also had the decision of where to purchase it from. As Reef Photo in Ft Lauderdale just started a SingleDivers business partnership, I decided to give my business to them. After several discussions and emails, I placed my order. While on the recent SingleDivers trip to Florida, I got a couple of drops of water in the housing. The next day, I rushed off of the boat, drove to Reef Photo, and asked if they could look at the housing. The housing was taken right into the back, and given to one of the teckies. After a little more than an hour, the guy came out and explained that he cleaned things up, tightened a couple of things, and pressure tested the housing. Everything was fine. He did find a small hair on an o ring, which probably caused the leak. I entered the store expecting to have to leave the housing there for several days or more, figuring that I would pick it up later in the week, or they would have to ship it back to me if it took longer than I was scheduled to be in Florida. Instead, I received immediate attention and service. That same afternoon, I was returning to the hotel with the housing in hand, and ready for the next day of diving. I would like to send a big thank you to Reef Photo for their attention and fast service in addressing my problem. Ed
