As we become aware of nuggets of information that Sola Light Owners "MUST KNOW" we'll capture them here for you.

The first and by far the most important is NEVER LET THE BATTERY REMAIN OR SIT IN A DRAINED CONDITION.

What this means is as soon as you get your new sola light...you need to FULLY charge it. After EVERY use rechg your light ESPECIALLY if you have completely or nearly completely drained it. If you are not using your light then you need to RECHARGE IT EVERY FEW MONTHS in between use or trips.

This keeps the light from developing a MEMORY state in the uncharged condition.

So the rule of thumb is...KEEP IT GREEN (Charged) and it will last LONGER!!!

Hey all your new sola owners.... please make sure your lights are fully charged and then recharge them every 3 months or so while waiting to do a dive trip. And don't forget to NEVER store them discharged or partially discharged. ALWAYS STORE THEM WITH A FULL CHARGE!!!
