Roger that! I'll discuss the pros and cons for you. EITHER camera is more that most people will every need or ever ever ever max out its capabilities.

As for leaving your brain in the camera bucket in exchange for your camera... NO WORRIES!!! I'll smack you if you do! Besides...that is what the head mount or chest mount is all about. Just turn it on and forget it. Record everything you see and a few things you did not see. Relive an entire dive ...or edit it down and make an amazing video of all your best high lights.

Given that you spend a great deal of your dive solo...this along with your solo cert...will be right up your alley!

I looked through the threads, and just noticed someone saying they are doing the solo course with Bill. But I don't see any details about it like cost or anything else. I'm sorry Kamala am I missing something?
